Station No. 1

Completed in 2000, Station 1 serves our district from along
IL-RT 49, north of the railroad tracks that splits Homer. This 9,600 sqft station features a five truck bay, 2,400 sqft of living quarters including: exercise room/equipment, meeting/classroom space, a full double Kitchen, 4-bottle Air Fill Station (6,000 psi), Communications Room, Workshop and the Fire Chief’s Office.

Station No. 2

Due to a large increase in railway traffic, this station was initially built in 1976. It sits south of the railway tracks on Main St and houses Gator 1989 and extra equipment. A 40×60 addition was completed in 2010.
